How to use:
For a relaxing kąpieli bath, pour 3 tablespoons of do kąpieli magnesium salt into half a tub of water with a temperature of 35-38 degrees Celsius. The relaxing bath should last no more than one hour. To relax kąpieli after exertion or in case of muscle and joint pain, pour 50 g of do kąpieli magnesium salt into 5 litres of water at a temperature of 35-38 degrees Celsius. The bath should last up to one hour.
