Using Pine Oil

It is recommended to perform a sensitivity test on a small area of the skin before use. Pine oil should always be diluted, just like other essential oils. It blends well with eucalyptus oil, which enhances its effect, as well as with fir oil, cedarwood oil, and other woodsy-scented oils.

Pine oil is suitable for aromatherapy using a diffuser, humidifier, nebulizer, aromatic fireplace, or aroma lamp. It is also commonly used as part of aromatic sessions in the sauna. It is also well-suited for relaxing baths and body massages. Just 4 to 6 drops diluted with water, a carrier oil, or a cosmetic product are sufficient.
