2. Squeeze 1-2 drops of Prime Time® Original Foundation Primer foundation onto your hand.
3. Warm the product between your fingers to make it easier to spread evenly.
4. Apply the primer to dry skin and massage gently from the center of the face outwards.
5. Wait 60 seconds for the primer to dry completely before applying makeup.
