TEA TEA TREE OIL - PREVENTION AND HELP FOR ACNE AND MOUTH DISEASES
Tea tree (Melaleuca alternifolia) essential oil is produced from the leaves of this plant and is characterized by a pungent aroma. It is valued in skin care, especially in the treatment of acne, seborrhoea and in nail care, especially for ringworm. It is recommended as an ingredient in oils and lotions and is ideal for topical use.

How to use tea tree oil:
- Inhalation:
- Inhalation: It is used for colds, flu, upper respiratory tract infections and persistent cough: Add 1-2 drops of oil to hot water and inhale for 3-8 minutes. It is helpful for colds, flu and coughs.
- Massage: The oil can be applied directly to the skin (e.g. temples, neck) or added to a massage base oil. Ideal for nervous tension, migraine and respiratory infections.
- Bath: add 5-10 drops of oil to warm water (37°C). The bath will help treat infections, soothe inflammation and skin irritation.
- Cosmetic Enrichment: the oil can be added to creams, lotions or shampoos, especially for acne, dandruff or nail fungus problems.
- Nail Care: Add a few drops of oil to nail care products to help treat ringworm and strengthen nails.

How to use:
On skin: Add 3 drops of oil to 10 ml of oil and apply on the skin. Do not apply undiluted oil directly to the skin.

On nails: add 6 drops of oil to 10 ml of oil and apply to the nail plate.
