Jardin Sur Le Nil

Another seasonal fragrance from the “Gardens” summer collection: “Garden by the Nil,” created by Jean-Claude Ellena, Hermès’s “house perfumer.” The fragrance was inspired by the aroma of green mangoes growing along the Nil. These fruits smell most intense while still hanging on the tree; their scent evaporates within seconds of being picked. It is extraordinary, fresh, and rich all at once, containing notes reminiscent of apricots and grapefruit, as well as... acetone! “Un Jardin Sur Le Nil” also features: lotus flower, aromatic reed, and cedar.
