Magnesium Acetyltaurate
A daily dose of MagneMe Night (2 capsules) contains 500 mg of magnesium acetyltaurate - 32.5 mg of magnesium ions.

Magnesium Diglycinate
A daily dose of MagneMe Night (2 capsules) contains 556 mg of magnesium diglycinate - 77.85 mg of magnesium ions.

Recommended Daily Dose
