Cloud Pastel 1

HOW TO USE:
Apply a thin layer of colored hybrid polish to a previously cured Claresa hybrid base coat and cure it in the UV/LED lamp. You can repeat this process to achieve the desired effect. Seal the design by applying and curing Claresa top coat.
